This charming cottage of character is only 4 km from the picturesque village of Boat of Garten and 9 km from Aviemore. Lying to the East of the scenic B970 Coylumbridge to Nethybridge side road, it enjoys an idyllic location by a Mill Lade with panoramic views over the River Spey and across to the Cairngorms. Standing in 1/3 acre with secure garden grounds, Mullingarroch Cottage has been fully refurbished to offer comfortable accommodation although with some low ceilings in this exceptionally scenic area. It is ideally suited to benefit from the many leisure and recreational facilities on offer including fishing on the River Spey, an 18-hole championship golf course at Boat of Garten and walks round the Loch Garten RSPB nature reserve.
