It offers all the mod cons that you would expect in a self catering Aviemore holiday home including smart TV and wifi. With two bathrooms and two bedrooms, it is ideally suited to accommodate both a family and couples/individuals. The apartment is easily accessible for those with limited mobility, it is ground floor with no steps and has a walk in shower in the en-suite (small step in only). It is also dog friendly (sorry, no cats due to family allergy) so you can bring the whole family.
Located close to the shopping area, groceries and restaurants are easily accessible.
Aviemore holidays can be full of adventure with a range of outdoor activities on your doorstep. Or, for a less active holiday there is still a plethora of attractions, from The Highland Wildlife Park, Strathspey Steam Railway and more.
Living room with dining area to seat 4, fully fitted kitchen with appliances, family bathroom with shower over bath, master bedroom with en-suite shower room, twin bedroom. Shared bike/ski store. Communal parking. Small open garden area to the front with lawn (not enclosed).
Electric heating, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, wifi, smart TV with digital freeview and netflix capability, DAB radio, hairdryer, travel cot, high chair, bike/ski store. Dogs permitted but sorry, no cats due to family allergy.
Credit/Debit card details are required before key collection, this is used to process a pre-authorisation of £150. This money will be kept on hold to cover any damages or additional cleaning required.
