Highland Holiday Homes were established in 1988 and are based in the centre of Aviemore. We are one of the longest established holiday letting agencies within the Cairngorms National Park area, specialising in the marketing and short term holiday rental of privately owned, high quality, self-catering holiday properties. We have considerable experience in the marketing, promotion and management of local self-catering property. We pride ourselves on being able to deliver a truly first class service for all of our UK and overseas owners and guests.
Our office is open all year round, 6 days a week, in the centre of Aviemore. We operate alongside the Cairngorms National Park and a number of other worldwide holiday home agencies. This ensures full exposure of your property and allows us to maximise holiday bookings for your property all year round.

We offer gold, silver and bronze packages to our owners. These range from a bookings only service to a full property management service, depending on the level of support / input that you require.

On-line marketing is still the fastest growing advertising and promotional market. Our dedicated website has a secure online booking service with real-time availability. We promote our properties through all the well-known booking portals to ensure we reach the widest audience; and also use more traditional UK and overseas affiliated booking agents, travel agents, local tourist websites, and tourist information offices.
We keep all these portals up-to-date with availability and offers, so you don’t have to!
Holiday home servicing & maintenance
Maintenance: We are a hands on agency and are normally able to source and arrange a variety of tradesmen & services from a small team of proven local firms who operate all year round to support, assist and enhance your guests experience in resort.
Cleaning/Laundry: With a busy booking schedule and frequent back to back bookings, cleaning and laundry are key to ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. Accordingly we can organise cleaning and laundry for your property to ensure stress-free changeovers. Please be advised that due to recent Co-Vid restrictions we have seen a marked increase in costs for this service.
