We are one of the longest established Holiday Letting Agencies within the Highland and Cairngorms National Park area, specialising in the marketing and short term holiday rental of privately owned, high quality, self-catering holiday properties. Our office, based in the centre of Aviemore, is open 6 days per week to provide you with our considerable experience in the marketing, promotion and management of your self-catering property. Open all year round, our public offices are located in the centre of Aviemore. We ensure all Properties are checked by a member of staff at least annually to ensure best presentation and advice is available and provided to all of our holiday home Owners, ensuring that we and our property owners are kept as current and well informed as possible about how to maximise their holiday lettings.


Our small team of experienced holiday home advisers “go that extra mile” to provide a truly comprehensive and reliable service to support our owners and clients who need additional support only available from an experienced locally based Agency !

We respect your ownership of your property and endeavour at all times to ensure we secure bookings compatible with your wishes.
Owners can choose from the bronze, silver or gold agency representation depending on the level of support / input required.

Bronze: full marketing / advertising / booking services with our various on-line websites and affiliates. 

Silver: all of the above plus guest liaison for arrival/departure/during stay, arranging maintenance. 

Gold: all of the above plus organisation of cleaning / laundry.

On-line marketing is still the fastest growing advertising and promotional market and we keep up-to-date with all the new initiatives and booking portals to ensure we reach the widest audience for your property bookings.

  1. Our own company websites are promoted extensively using Google and other specialist websites - all included in our competitive Registration Fees.
  2. New in 2018 - we ensured all of our website services are fully tablet & mobile-friendly to ensure ease of use!  
  3. In addition, our on-line booking system offers secure reservation options include real-time availability with safe and secure online card booking services for each property, so guests can book 24/7 - any time day or night.
  4. We also market your property via our more traditional UK and overseas affiliated booking agents including travel agents and where appropriate - tourist information offices, utilising a number of various marketing initiatives together with an active social media presence.
  5. This assists our Office to maximise your Property exposure to maximise the performance of your holiday letting Property - so you can relax and let us "take the strain". We notify all other portals when new Bookings confirm - so you don't need to constantly be reviewing and updating your availability !
  6. Our experienced HHH staff and support Trades are on-hand to maximise all HHH guests holiday experiences.  
  7. We provide detailed monthly Owner Statements - emailed direct to your personal email.
  8. We ensure all Rental monies are paid promptly into your nominated account on a monthly basis.     

Holiday home servicing & maintenance.

Maintenance: We are a hands on Agency and are normally able to source and arrange a variety of tradesmen & services from a small team of proven local firms who operate all year round to maintain your Property whilst offering assistance to enhance your HHH guests experience in resort.


Cleaning/Laundry: With a busy booking schedule and frequent back to back bookings, cleaning and laundry are key to ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat bookings. Accordingly we can normally organise cleaning and laundry for your property to ensure stress-free changeovers.

We will go over our services and Terms & Conditions and will provide an indication of likely rental values. This is the perfect opportunity for you to ask questions and bring up any of your own concerns. It is our continuing intention to operate alongside our Property Owners respecting their wishes at all times - i.e. no stag or hen party's - or as appropriate. 

Once you are happy to continue, please complete the Registration Forms and on receipt of the relevant Registration Fee, we can arrange to collate the necessary details and photographs to start promoting your property within 48 / 72 hours!
