Modern, spacious detached 2 bedroom house in the High Burnside area of Aviemore. Furnished and decorated to a high standard Kersheil provides a quality holiday home experience providing a comfortable, warm base with all the mod cons you would require for a trip to the Highlands.
Aviemore is the ideal base to explore the Cairngorms National Park and the wider highland area. It has everything on offer from fantastic wildlife (including the RSPB Ospreys and Highland Wildlife Park nearby), mountain biking, walking and hiking, sailing/kayaking and all things watersports, golf, fishing, horse riding, quad bike riding, clay pigeon shooting and much more.
A 20 minute walk along the Orbital path will take you to the centre of Aviemore. There are a range of shops (from supermarkets to outdoor specialists) bars, restaurants and takeaways.
Accommodation
Ground floor: Spacious living room with wood burning stove, fully fitted kitchen with dining area, utility room with appliances, cloakroom WC.
First floor: Bedroom with two single beds (and third trundle bed), bedroom with set of bunk beds, family bathroom with bath and separate shower.

**Credit/Debit card details are required before key collection, this is used to process a pre-authorisation of £250. This money will be kept on hold to cover any damages or additional cleaning required. It is released within a week of departure, once cleaner confirms no damages.**
