Pineways, a luxury, detached 4 bedroom house set within exclusive and picturesque High Burnside which is in a slightly elevated location overlooking Aviemore. Its within easy walking distance and offers spacious accommodation for up to 8 max.  It is well equipped to a high standard with quality furnishings to ensure a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

The house sleeps 8 people over 4 bedrooms and includes a family bathroom and 2 en-suite shower rooms.  The dining room and main living room with cosy woodburning stove overlook the rear garden which is lawned and fully enclosed so you can watch the kids enjoy the summer evenings as you enjoy a glass of wine.  There is a second sitting room with TV/DVD and games, offering a separate area for guests to relax or play.

Aviemore is the ideal base to explore the Cairngorms National Park and the wider highland area.  It has everything on offer from fantastic wildlife (including the RSPB Ospreys and Highland Wildlife Park nearby), mountain biking, walking and hiking, sailing/kayaking and all things watersports, golf, fishing, horse riding, quad bike riding, clay pigeon shooting and much more. 

A 20 minute walk along the Orbital path will take you to the centre of Aviemore. There are a range of shops (from supermarkets to outdoor specialists) bars, restaurants and takeaways.

Please note, Pineways has a security deposit of £250 and accepts couples and family bookings only (no stag or hen parties - sorry). 

   

Accommodation

Ground floor:  Modern, fully fitted open plan kitchen and dining area. Utility room with appliances. Sitting room with superb cathedral ceiling and floor to ceiling windows affording views over the large garden, adjacent birch woodland and across to the Cairngorm mountains. Wood burning stove, TV and Bluetooth CD/ media player.  Second sitting room with TV and DVD.  Downstairs 5' double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

First floor:  Master 5' double bedroom with en-suite shower room.  Family bathroom with shower over bath.  Twin bedroom.  Further 5' double bedroom.

External: large enclosed lawned garden with patio area, table and chairs and barbecue. Garage for storage for bikes, skis etc with parking for up to 3 cars.

Wi-Fi included, central heating, washing machine, tumble drier, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, TV, DVD, iron, bbq, travel cot, high chair.

**Credit/Debit card details are required before key collection, this is used to process a pre-authorisation of £250. This money will be kept on hold to cover any damages or additional cleaning required. It is released within a week of departure, once cleaner confirms no damages.**
