Tulloch Ard is a luxury 5 bedroom house, comfortably furnished and well-equipped with surround-sound TV, Netflix and Wi-Fi. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Aviemore it provides ideal holiday accommodation within easy reach of the many attractions of the Cairngorms National Park. There are woodland walks and mountain bike trails in the hills behind the property with views of the mountains. 

 

Accommodation

Our home can comfortably accommodate nine with two double bedrooms, two twin rooms and a spacious single bedroom plus three bathrooms. The second downstairs living room has a sofa bed that can sleep an extra two. The rear garden, patio and the kitchen/dining room have woodland views and a BBQ and garden chairs are available.

Ground floor:  Living room with TV and DVD/Blu-Ray.  Second living room with TV and Xbox One S (which allows you to log in to netflix) and sofa bed (sleeps 2).  Large open plan kitchen/dining room, double bedroom, shower room.

First floor:  Double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two twin rooms, single bedroom, family bathroom with separate shower.

Features

Oil central heating, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, microwave, digital Freeview TV, Apple TV / Netflix, DVD, Wi-Fi, BBQ, 3 showers, travel cot, high chair.

**Credit/Debit card details are required before key collection, this is used to process a pre-authorisation of £250. This money will be kept on hold to cover any damages or additional cleaning required. It is released within a week of departure, once cleaner confirms no damages.**
